It's really important that you get along with your realtor(s), especially if you know you're going to be picky and the process could take a while, and we could tell right away that this process would actually be enjoyable with them. The thing I loved up front was how honest they were with us. In the past, we've met with (and worked with) realtors who very clearly just wanted to make a sale and didn't take to heart what was actually best for us. Both Brie & Renee were incredibly honest about their process and they actually cared about finding us our forever home, and when we finally closed on our home, it was NOT the most expensive one out there. Our home search took nearly 7 months because we were being very picky, and Brie & Renee were so patient and helpful every step of the way. We would text about listings we found, they set up countless walk throughs for us, attended open houses, the works. And when it came time to close on our house, they handled everything and made the process so, so easy for us. There are good realtors all over the place. But it's truly difficult to find GREAT realtors, especially if you're just blindly searching online and hoping for the best. I'm here to assure you that you're making the right call here. I have absolutely zero complaints about Brie & Renee, and I'd stake my reputation on that recommendation.
